Each day, take time to pause, see the light, feel your breathing & look for nature.  

Finding the light inside is a skill that can developed throughYoga practices & meditation.

Opening up breathing muscles & the spine with yoga poses, allows for freedom & renewed energy.

Oregon has nature close by.  Try taking your yoga practice outside! 
Together, we see how it can be a fun experience! 
The June 14th Wisdom of Yoga Workshop was amazing in the parking lot.

Holiday keeps us learning, refining each pose individually to enhance the benefits available from Yoga practice.  You will have time to integrate the wisdom of your efforts of strength, flexibility, balance & stamina.Suggested items to bring: eye pillow, socks, blanket, yoga block, water bottle & 
two yoga mats if possible.

Please bring your mat, blanket, block, and water bottle.

Pre-registration is encouraged, email Holiday and pay via cash or check upon arrival.
