What you can let go of? Look out for the recoil to past habits that no longer serve you well.  Resist by allowing the present moment’s wisdom to come forward. You can choose your pace. Begin today!

1st: Tune in. 2nd: Awaken within the present each day. 3rd: Practice basic maintenance- yoga & movement, healthy eating, cleansing.  4th: You name it!
