WOY is intended for those looking to enhance their existing Yoga practices.

Be sure to note:  WOY workshops are for those fully vaccinated Covid-19 with NO symptoms. Proof of Covid-19 vaccinations and boosters are required. If you are experiencing symptoms of any kind please do not attend.
