Beginning and All-Levels Yoga with Holiday:
In Person Wisdom of Yoga Classes
Beginning & continuing students welcome. Take time to create a yoga practice that meets your needs. This class focuses on alignment, improving strength & stamina, and increasing flexibility. You will be supported meeting challenges while having fun. Students are encouraged to move at their own pace. Those who are very stiff are welcome.
TEENS, TEACHERS & VETERANS CAN ATTEND FOR JUST $5 / CLASS
Tuesday morning 10-11:30 am
$25 drop in or 8 continuous classes for $145.
Payment can be mailed to Holiday as a check at 3016 NE 27th Ave, Portland, 97212 or brought to Wild Hearts Wellness at class time.
